Our product design and engineering teams design new products or improve and develop existing products. In close cooperation with the sales team, they analyse markets and the needs of consumers to be able to offer our customers promising products. Inherent parts are the verification of technical feasibility and a user-friendly design.
Our quality managers test our products and processes in collaboration with external test labs, our customers and the partners in the Far East. Through the development of quality standards and methods, they ensure that we can meet our commitment to high quality. Their daily work includes fault analyses and the inspection of certificates and user instructions.
Our sales teams are responsible for the coordination and implementation of electronic goods projects. They are involved in the product development process, prepare offers for our customers and conduct negotiations. Moreover, their duties also include the procurement of goods through our foreign offices in the Far East and, as project managers, they insure the timely implementation of the projects.
We have our products mainly produced in South China. Our logistics experts in Hamburg supervise the deliveries and handle all orders. To ensure that our goods are always in the right place at the right time, they coordinate their activities with our logistics service providers and partners in the Far East. In this respect, they focus on securing the optimum use of resources.
The e-commerce team is responsible for the sale of our own products in the internet. This team plans and further develops our commercial Internet presentations and develops innovative internet solutions and digital marketing strategies. The team manages the organisation of logistics and shipment, compliance with data protection regulations and the development of a complaints system.
Our service team manages the complaint and warranty processes in close cooperation with our external service center. Assessments and statistical analyses are prepared for the further development of our products. Placing orders with our partners in the Far East and briefing the service agents – the work of our service department begins long before our products can be found in the retail stores.
