Entry Level & Mid to Senior Level
Apart from your CV, please provide relevant certificates and employment references. A cover letter is not necessary unless you wish to provide additional information. In this case, please use the text box in the job portal.

What does the onboarding at HOYER look like?

All new employees receive an extensive onboarding plan that consists of: A warm welcome at HOYER Handel, a tour through the office and an introduction, a ready-to-use workspace, a briefing on all relevant tools and processes as well as workplace safety, data protection and confidentiality. You will get to know all areas and will be trained for day-to-day operations by one of your colleagues.

Acknowledgement of Receipt

Within a few minutes you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt for your submitted application.

Preselection

Following this, we will start to look through applications and narrow down the applicants. Please bear with us here – this process can take 2 to 3 weeks. We will give you a call if you have made it through the preselection.

Video Interview

If your experience and qualifications match the position we are looking to fill, we will invite you to a video interview. The interview will take about 45 minutes.

In-Person Meeting

If the video interview turns out well for both parties, we look forward to meeting you in-person for the next round. The second interview will take approximately an hour – depending on how many questions you have for us.
