Development, Design & Product Management
Our product development team creates new products or improves or refines existing ones. In close collaboration with our sales team, they analyze markets and customer needs to be able to offer promising products to our customers. An inherent part of this area is the testing of technical feasibility as well as user-friendly design.
Quality managers test our products and processes in cooperation with third-party testing laboratories, our customers and partners in the Far East. With the development of quality requirements and methods, they ensure our standards of quality. The execution of fault analyses and the review of certificates and instruction manuals are part of their day-to-day work.
Purchasing & Sales
The purchasing and sales teams are responsible for the coordination and handling of promotional goods. They are involved in product development, prepare offers for our customers and conduct negotiations. The sourcing of goods via our foreign offices in the Far East is also part of their job. As project managers, they ensure the timely execution of projects.
Supply Chain Management
Our products are mainly manufactured in South China. Our SCM team in Hamburg supervises the supply and processes all orders. To make sure our goods are always in the right place at the right time, they coordinate with our logistics providers and partners in the Far East on the supply chain. Their main goal is to ensure the optimal usage of resources.
The online marketing team is responsible for the sales of our service products. They design and advance our commercial internet presence and develop digital marketing strategies.
